the city of Perth, Western
Australia. In 1996 we began an Australian hobby
site devoted to doll, action figure and toy collecting. Originally
called Sharone's Shore, it was one of
the first and most original websites in the world dedicated to providing
accurate information and
hard-to-find toys to adult
collectors over the internet.
We pride ourselves in always ensuring we have
clear, accurate pictures of each item featured, a detailed, sound
description
and have continually been a site safe for children to spend time on. In
early 2001 we finally registered our own .com and the site expanded to include
an even larger International For Sale section with an ever increasing variety of
toys from 1940 to 2005. In late 2002 we started compiling our Toy Fact Sheets under
the domain name ActionFiguresAustralia.Com but now have integrated them under
Dolls and Toys Australia to ensure easy access for our site visitors.
We have been dedicated doll, toy and action figure collectors for over 15 years
and truly enjoy sharing our hobby with the world. Dolls and Toys Australia
welcomes 7 to 8 thousand unique visitors from around the world every
day.
